Sugar-Free Cranberry Sauce

Ooooh! This just sounded soooo good!

I know it’s not Thanksgiving currently, but who says you can’t enjoy something delicious any time of year?

This uses orange juice and monk fruit to help complement the cranberry.

Mmmmmm!

Recipe:

1/2 Lb cranberries
2 Tbsp grated orange zest
1/4 cup orange juice
8 packets Monk Fruit in the Raw sweetener
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat all ingredients on medium heat in a pot on the stove “until the cranberries burst, and the mixture becomes thick and dry, about 40 minutes.” Serve or refrigerate for later serving.

I could see using this as a side trimming – it could help dress up/ flavor chicken or even a sandwich.
